This is really colorful and exciting to look at. Nice job. I feel there is an ambiguous parody at work here but I'm unsure as to its intent. Ambiguity is something I enjoy in art.
Stephen, I can't actually remember what my intension was as I started this one. But I think It was rather very simple - probably I was thinking of a church and a black duck inside... One thing I realized some time ago, is that if I put too much (directed) thought in a painting, then it turns out to be rather boring or sort of striking. But it is always very interesting, what other people can see in paintings.
It reminds me of a sinister thought creeping up onthe mind as it struggles to keep its hold on sanity(much like me every time I order antidepressants at http:www.cheaptramadol.ca). But the colors and the texture you created through the feathery brushstrokes really highlighted the duck. Beautiful.
